Take one sick little girl, two busy toddlers, one crazy preschooler, one grouchy baby, five older (and a bit bored) kids, throw in 4 sets of parents, one set of grandparents, and an uncle....and this is what you get.

I am t r y i n g to be patient to see ALL the pictures you took :) I think I check every hour! The pictures (so far) look really great and you did a wonderful (and professional)job being a Mom, photographer, and a subject in the photo! BRAVO!!
